Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar rules apply to technologies that store or access information on your device, including browser storage such as sessionStorage.
What this website uses today
At the date above, the SIVEVIS website does not load Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics, and the homepage source contains no cookie-setting script. The site uses temporary sessionStorage under the key sivevis-scroll-y to restore your scroll position when navigating back to the home page. It is stored only for the browser tab session and is not used for analytics or advertising.
Microsoft Clarity — planned analytics
SIVEVIS plans to use Microsoft Clarity for website analytics, heatmaps and session playback to understand page use and improve the site. Clarity may collect pseudonymous browser identifiers, page/device details and interaction events such as clicks, scrolling and pointer movement. Session playback can include page structure and content; sensitive input fields will be masked. Microsoft says playback data is retained for 30 days and click/aggregated data for 9 months. When Clarity is activated, it may set first-party cookies _clck and _clsk, and Microsoft-domain cookies CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. Microsoft describes their purposes in its Clarity cookie list. Exact cookie lifetimes depend on Microsoft's current configuration and will be checked and added here before activation.

Consent before activation: Clarity analytics cookies are not strictly necessary. Before Clarity is switched on, SIVEVIS will present an analytics choice with equally visible accept and reject options and a preferences control. Clarity will not be loaded before analytics consent. Rejecting will not prevent access to the site. The choice can be changed or withdrawn through cookie settings.
Consent rules
There will be no pre-ticked analytics choice and no cookie wall. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing a banner will not count as consent. The consent request will be repeated no more than once every 24 months, or sooner if the purposes or providers materially change. The consent record will contain only the information needed to demonstrate the choice and will be kept for no longer than 24 months from the last decision unless a shorter period is appropriate.
Managing cookies
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential browser storage may affect site features. Once the consent controls are active, they will be available from the footer. For questions, contact hello@sivevis.com.
